Our closures are produced as a small series using the FDM 3D printing process on our own printers from the plastic PLA. Due to the process, the end product has visible layer lines and therefore does not come close to the surface quality of injection molded parts.

Plastic parts that are produced using the injection molding process usually have a significantly higher surface quality.

The gag is made of high-quality silicone. The material is tasteless and does not emit any unpleasant odors.

The silicone gag has an adjustable, black silicone strap and has air holes for better breathing.

The quick-release fastener is made of PLA. It is essential to avoid direct sunlight (UV radiation, heat above 50 degrees). It is also not dishwasher-safe. Simply use warm water and soap to clean it.

The fastening system consists of two parts, the magnetic quick-release fastener and the comfort fastener for adjusting the strap length to fit the wearer comfortably. Both are connected by a pin.
